Omega-3 Extra Strength with D is an omega-3 fatty acid supplement containing 900 mg EPA and 660 mg DHA combined with 1,000 IU vitamin D per two softgels dose. The omega-3 fatty acid EPA is the direct precursor for the anti-inflammatory prostaglandins E1 and E3, whereas DHA is of primary importance for the structural integrity of neuronal membranes.
