  • Active Participation — Ask questions and seek clarification about how to take your medication correctly.
  • Report Concerns — Let us know promptly about any problems, side effects, or dissatisfaction with our services.
  • Keep Us Informed — Notify us of any changes to your prescriptions, insurance coverage, address, or phone number as soon as possible.
  • Coordinate with Your Prescriber — Communicate with your treating physician about your medications and any concerns related to your treatment.
